Manager Consolidations and Reporting



Manager, Consolidations and Reporting

Location: NYC
Salary Range:  $75,000 to $90,000
Bonus: 25% of base salary
Stock options: Yes
Travel: None

Fortune 50 international conglomerate looking for a Manager of Consolidations and Reporting for their number one business unit. Responsibilities include supervising the preparation of consolidated financial results, ensure financial information is prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals, supervise inter-segment  elimination activity and top side adjustments, generate consolidated financial statements, including balance sheet, statement of cash flows and reported and normalized income statements. Special projects analysis for division CFO and Corporate Controller.

Requirements

Minimum of three years consolidations accounting experience.
CPA, MBA and or public accounting experience a plus.
